一，產(chǎn)品簡介(Products Profile)：
耳機線電阻彎折試驗機專門試驗插頭引出線及電線之耐折強度及電阻變化，電阻超上限或低于下限可以自動停機。本機是將試樣固定在夾具上，并加一定荷重，試驗時夾具左右擺動，經(jīng)一定次數(shù)后檢視其斷線率，或至電阻超出設定上下限值時查看其總計擺動次數(shù)。本機能自動計數(shù)，試樣彎折至斷線或電阻超限時，并能自動停止操作，可選擇超限單組停止或超限整機停止，方便采集分析。 本機符合UL817等有關標準“軟線組件和電源軟線通用安全要求”的規(guī)定及《頭戴耳機通用技術標準GB/T14471》線材彎折測試。
The earphone cable resistance bending test machine is specially designed to test the bending strength and resistance change of the lead wire and wire of the plug. If the resistance exceeds the upper limit or falls below the lower limit, it can be automatically shut down. This machine fixes the sample on the fixture and adds a certain load. During the test, the fixture swings left and right. After a certain number of times, the disconnection rate is checked, or the total number of swings is checked when the resistance exceeds the set upper and lower limits. The machine can automatically count, when the sample is bent to the broken line or the resistance exceeds the limit, and can automatically stop the operation, you can choose to stop the single group overrun or the whole machine overrun, which is convenient for collection and analysis.
